so then lets not sleep,

 so then lets not sleep, as the rest do but let's watch and be sober - Wait for Yahweh - He came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee

The dead in Christ will rise

 The dead in Christ will rise first - He is to be feared above all gods - But he, passing through the midst of them, went his way

You shall not

 You shall not add to the word which I command you - He who walks blamelessly does what is right - Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above - But in vain do they worship me

they will not prevail against you

 they will not prevail against you; for I am with you - I will also praise you with the harp for your faithfulness - Ask me whatever you want, and I will give it to you

abstain from sexual immorality

 abstain from sexual immorality - You who love Yahweh, hate evil - Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins

we were comforted over you

 we were comforted over you in all our distress and  affliction through your faith - How long? Have compassion on your servants! - and eat and drink with the drunkards

we preached to you

 we preached to you the Good News of God - Where could I go from you spirit? - Fill up, then, the measure of your fathers

we were well pleased

we were well pleased to impart to you, not the Good News of God only, but also our own souls - This knowledge is beyond me, It's lofty. I can't attain it - You blind guides, who strain out a gnat, and swallow a camel!

We know, brothers

 We know, brothers loved by God, that you are chosen - Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp! - you devour widows' houses, and as a pretense you make long prayers

Yahweh drove out

 Yahweh drove out from before us all the peoples - The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears - He who loves his own wife loves himself - Does this cause you to stumble?

Listen my daughter

 Listen my daughter. Don't go to glean in another field - You will eat the labor of your hands - whoever humbles himself will be exalted

they came to Bethlehem

 they came to Bethlehem in the beginning of barley harvest - You give them their food in due season - You shall love your neighbor as yourself

I have opened my mouth

 I have opened my mouth to Yahweh, and I can't go back - let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you - The wedding is ready, but those who were invited weren't worthy

Then said all the trees

Then said all the trees to the bramble, 'Come and reign over us.' - The fire shall devour them - For many are called but few are chosen

Yahweh said

Yahweh said to him, “Peace be to you! Don’t be afraid. You shall not die.” - Truth springs out of the earth - Looking at them, Jesus said, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible

but of the tree of the knowledge

 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it - They served their idols - But when the young man heard the saying, he went away sad, for he was one who had great possessions

There was war

 There was war in the sky - The princess inside is all glorious - The last enemy that will be abolished is death - Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste

You will be

 You will be like a watered garden - that produces its fruit in its season - I was thirsty and you gave me drink

Your fathers lived of old time

Your fathers lived of old time beyond the River - Give thanks to the God of gods - So that they are no more two, but one flesh

as I was with Moses

as I was with Moses, so I will be with you - What was it, you sea, that you fled? - It happened when Jesus had finished these words, he departed from Galilee, and came into the borders of Judea beyond the Jordan

Moses went up

Moses went up from the plains of Moab - Come, and hear, all you who fear God - If your  brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone

He who sows bountifully

 He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully - the desire of the wicked will perish - He who hates this world will keep it to eternal life

Behold, to Yahweh

 Behold, to Yahweh your God belongs heaven and the heaven of heavens - He fills you with the finest of the wheat - When he came into the house, Jesus anticipated him

an angel touched him

an angel touched him - Sing praises to Yahweh, who dwells in Zion - Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children - the bread which I will give for the life of the world is my flesh

you shall eat

 you shall eat and be full; then beware lest you forget Yahweh - The floods of ungodliness made me afraid - nothing will be impossible for you

there came from the clouds

 there came from the clouds of the sky one like a son of man - Light is sown for the righteous - and the morning star arises in your hearts - Don't tell anyone what you saw

Take the rod

 “Take the rod, and assemble the congregation” -  Oh come, let’s sing to Yahweh - “Get behind me, Satan!

in this wilderness

in this wilderness they shall be consumed - gather us from among the nations, to give thanks to your holy name - a Canaanite woman came out from those borders, and cried

The anger of Yahweh

 The anger of Yahweh was kindled against them; and he departed - Restore to me the joy of your salvation - In the fourth watch of the night, Jesus came to them

if you treat me this way please kill me

if you treat me this way please kill me right now - I am Yahweh, your God - You of little faith, why did you doubt?

Behold, I will rain bread

Behold, I will rain bread from the sky for you - He brought them to the border of his sanctuary - that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind - He who comes to me will not be hungry
