Leave him alone

 Leave him alone, and let him curse - You have broken the teeth of the wicked - They began to beg him to depart from their region

Before I formed you

 Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you - But I will always hope - For now we see in a mirror, dimly - Today, this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing

 I have sinned against Yahweh - Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity - Teacher, don't you care that we are dying?

 It happened at evening - My sin is constantly before me - For the earth bears fruit: first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear

 Who am I, Lord Yahweh - I will set the fruit of your body on your throne - For whoever has, to him will more be given

 All the people answered, "Amen, Amen," - Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight - many members, but one body - this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing."

He fell on the earth

 He fell on the earth - Praise Yahweh, all you nations! - He who believes and is baptized will be saved

Yahweh, the God of Armies

 Yahweh, the God of Armies, was with him - the rock of my salvation! - all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven

all the people anwsered

how the mighty have fallen

 How the mighty have fallen - You have fed them with the bread of tears - they went out to seize him; for they said, “He is insane.”

Out of the wicked

Out of the wicked comes forth wickedness - To the tune of "Do Not Destroy." - He appointed twelve, that they might be with him

Arise, be baptized

 Arise, be baptized, and wash away your sins - Yahweh's faithfulness endures forever - He who believes and is baptized will be saved

so David prevailed

 So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone - Happy are the people who are in such a situation - But they were silent

for man looks at

 for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart - It established forever like the moon - Therefore the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath

behold, to obey is better

 Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice - Now consider this, you who forget God - No one puts new wine into old wineskins

and you shall be called

 and you shall be called by a new name - Worship Yahweh in holy array - But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all - Jesus' mother said to him, "They have no wine."

I am the seer

 I am the seer. Go up before me to the high place - Your right hand will find out those who hate you - Why is it that he eats and drinks with tax collectors and sinners?

Listen to their voice

 Listen to their voice, and make them a king - Then I will punish their sin with the rod - Who can forgive sins but God alone?

there was

there was a very great slaughter - You are my King, God - If you want to, you can make me clean

Speak; for

Speak; for your servant hears - You have opened my ears - Everyone is looking for you

She was in bitterness

She was in bitterness of soul - He brings low, he also lifts up - The unclean spirit,  convulsing him and crying with a loud voice, came out of him

Hannah, why

 Hannah, why do you weep? - All men are liars - Repent, and believe in the Good News

He will not

 He will not shout - Yahweh’s voice shakes the wilderness - he is Lord of all - He saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove

He who doesn't love

 He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God - They shall fear you while the sun endures - for they have nothing to eat

greater is he

 greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world - rejoice with trembling - “Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.

and your daughters

 and your daughters shall be carried in the arms - He will come down like rain - in Christ Jesus through the Good News - For we saw his star in the east

He who doesn't love

 He who doesn’t love his brother remains in death - Know that Yahweh, he is God - hereafter you will see heaven opened

let no one lead

let no one lead you astray - Let the mountains sing for joy together - “We have found the Messiah!”

when he is revealed

when he is revealed, we will be like him - All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God - he saw Jesus coming to him  

Wisdom will praise

 Wisdom will praise her own soul - His word runs very swiftly - the Word was God - having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ

Yahweh bless you

 Yahweh bless you, and keep you - God, even our own God, will bless us - crying, "Abba, Father!" - All who heard it wondered
